~Happy New Year~

I hope what lies ahead for all of us is happiness!

I hope you enjoyed your festivities on new years eve!

We had a very quiet one.
I prefer it that way!
A 3year old & a crazy party is not the best mix.
I think new years eve is over rated.
Apologies if I sound cynical I much prefer Christmas!

So I actually finished project life 2012!
I'm over the moon!
I hoped I'd manage it but I never dared believe it!
This is what it looks like



Split over 3 binders, all full all with quite a few inserts!
All full of love & memories!
I have scrapped normally this year, but not so much as I would usually! This bothered me a while ago but I got over that as I KNOW everything literally EVERYTHING is covered in here!!!

So the plan for 2013???

Do it all over again!

Yes!! Really!!!!

Finishing 2012 made me really want to carry on!

I love it I really do, it's traditional scrapbooking & that's perfect.

It fits well into my life & I never feel behind or that anything got missed out!
It's, for now, the way forward for me!! I still plan on doing 12x12 this year but perhaps I'll add those big pages into my albums & end up with 4 ?
That keeps it all together !!! We will see!

What I do know is I love it & I'm so happy to be continuing!

Here's to a fab 2013 for us all!!

I'm off to grab my clementine kit & get crafting!

~~Christmas 2012~~

Was awesome!!!!

We are all so very lucky to have such lovely friends & family to have spent our festive season with.

Sharing love , joy,laughter & gifts!

It's been a great one!

Festivities at home! Tree, garland, signs & candles!











We met up with our lovely friends Leanne Kevin & Maxwell for a Christmas meal & gift exchange! Look at our haul!

The farm we visited in Oxford was brilliant! Christmassy, & perfect for the kids to play!
We love our Eddies!




It's a given at Christmas!!!




We had a very poorly girl for 10 days of December! That was NOT fun :(((




We stayed with family in Oxford & they built dens with Bella!










We wrapped heaps of gifts!

I live to have different paper for different people!




Bella made Christmas cards




She sent a letter to Father Christmas!




We saw the coke truck!




I found the perfect gift for my best friend!

I baked up a storm!
Snicker doodles , tarts, pies, cakes, biscuits! Phew! Lots!!!










I made our first family Christmas cake!




Bella was in her first nativity!

We had a craft day at our friends house!

We spent 23/12 at my aunties celebrating her birthday & having an early Christmas with them all :)




I got a soap & glory set from my dad! Yay!!!




We ate a lot of party food!




We hung stockings! Ben elf stayed until Christmas Eve!
He was great & B loved him!

We ate Christmas lunch with my side of the family !

Then lots of time in our pj's playing relaxing & being together!








Oh & Two new additions to the family!
My MIL & FIL got two new girls to care for! They are adorable!


It's been so busy & so lovely!

So much love & joy spending time with my little family & our large family & wonderful friends!

I'm so grateful for the fabulous people we have in our lives!

It was a very Merry Christmas!

~Elf on the shelf week one~

We have had a great first week with Ben Elf . Bella is really excited each morning to see what the little guy has been up to.

She races downstairs Daily in great excitement it's such a lovely thing to see.
